Und. Penandatanganan nota kesepahaman antara BNN dengan KOWANI dan UI

Berdasarkan UU No. 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika, yang dinyatakan bahwa BNN merupakan Lembaga pemerintah non kementrian (LPNK). BNN memiliki tugas antara lain memberdayakan masyarakat dalam Pencegahan, Pemberantasan penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkotika, serta memantau dan meningkatan partisipasi atau kegiatan masyarakat dalam upaya P4GN tersebut.
Melihat kondisi tersebut di atas maka dipandang perlu pelaksanaan penandatanganan nota kesepahaman antara BNN dengan Kowani. Penanda tanganan ini dimaksudkan untuk memperkuat kembali kerjasama yang telah terjalin cukup lama dalam upaya P4GN
