Strategi untuk menyiasati Penggunaan Antibiotik

Untuk mengatasinya, anda harus mengikuti aturan-aturan sebagai berikut :

1. Jika menggunakan antibiotic, sebaiknya mengikuti resep dokter.
2. Antibiotik digunakan apabila anda benar-benar menderita penyakit pada saat itu.
3. Menggunakan antibiotik harus sesuai dosis yang dianjurkan, artinya tidak boleh lebih atau kurang.
4. Untuk antibiotik yang dimakan dalam perut kosong, usahakan konsumsinya harus diutamakan setengah jam sebelum makan atau satu jam sesudah makan.
5. Usahakan kalau bisa hindari konsumsi antibiotik, terutama anak-anak.

Solusi lain untuk mencegah penggunaan antibiotik, adalah dengan menggunakan prebiotik. Selain lebih sehat, juga dapat menekan biaya obat yang mahal serta berkonsultasi dengan dokter
